For your convenience, we offer our residential shredding services Monday through Saturday so you won’t have to take time off work just to have your documents shredded.  We never charge extra for shredding on Saturdays.

Our At Home Shredding Process:

• You call Time Shred; we give you a price and schedule the visit right then.
• The shred truck shows up on time and is prepared to shred for you.
• We provide the necessary collection containers needed for your documents.
• We roll your secure documents to the truck and they are shredded by our automated system right in your driveway or in front of your home.
• We provide a Certificate of Destruction.

NOTE: We never touch or see your documents.

How to Prepare for Your Document Destruction Service

To get ready for shredding, simply identify what papers and files you need shredded and put them in boxes, garbage bags, or any containers that are convenient for you. Don’t worry about removing staples, paper clips, or rubber bands—our industrial shredders will shred it all!

When We Arrive at Your Home

When our paper shredding truck arrives at your New Jersey residence, our uniformed shredding technician will introduce himself and show you his company-issued picture ID. We want you to be comfortable with the shredding technician who will be shredding your documents. All of our staff are background-checked and drug-screened so you can feel confident letting us handle your information.

Next, our technician will place your documents into a large shredding bin. Once the bin has been filled, it will be locked and rolled to our shredding truck right outside your front door. Once loaded into the truck’s automated system, the bin is unlocked and the truck takes over by lifting the bin and emptying your documents directly into the onboard shredding machine where your documents are completely shredded before we leave.

When your shredding service has been completed, you can provide payment by cash, check, or credit card directly to the shredding technician for no-hassle service.
