Scheduled shredding

The insurance industry is a very paper intensive industry with applications, policies and claims files to name a few. If you have a busy office you are probably throwing away papers often if not every day.  You should never put any insurance related documents in the trash where they can be accessed by anyone, they need to be shredded. Hard Drive Destruction

Your office is run with computers. When those computers become obsolete and need to be replaced you have to remove the hard drives and they need to be destroyed. Every hard drive is a storage device that records everything that has been performed on that computer. That information must be protected and the best way to do that is physically destroy the hard drive so the information can never be accessed again.
