How Much Does On-site Shredding Cost?
We use our security containers and charge by the containers shredded. The cost per container is based on whether you choose a one-time or ongoing service and the amount of paper you need shredded. We will give you a quote over the phone.
Do I Have to Remove Staples, Paper Clips & Rubber Bands?
No, our commercial shredders will cut through them. They will also cut through sealed envelopes, entire folders full of documents, and three-ring binders up to one inch thick.

We will come to your Manhattan home or office to shred your documents with one of our paper shredding trucks. No need for you to take your important papers anywhere to be destroyed, they will be completely shredded onsite at your location for you to witness. When we arrive just show our technician what documents you want shredded. He will then place your papers in a 96-gallon bin and the bin is locked. The seal bin will be taken to our mobile unit where the shredding system will lift, empty, and destroy the contents. We will repeat the process until all the papers you want to be destroyed are shredded. No other document destruction option is more secure and comforting than having your files and papers destroyed only steps away from your front door. You can also see your documents going through the shredder with the camera system on all of our trucks.
When you need to securely dispose of business records but infrequently then our one-time purge service is the answer. It is document destruction only when you call for it. So if it is time for your annual file purge, you need to make room in your file cabinets or you are finally getting rid of those old documents that have been taking up space in your office or at a storage facility for years then call us for a one-time document destruction service. We go to where your business records are and shred them there.
Cost – Your documents are placed in our 96-gallon bins and you pay for each bin we use to shred your documents. The more you have to shred the lower the rate per bin. We have a one bin minimum.

Cost – The cost of our Ongoing Service is based on the type of locked containers, the number of containers, and the frequency of service. There is no rental fee just a charge for each time we service a collection container. We do require service once per calendar quarter

We can offer your home office periodic shredding that lets you call for service when you want it or ongoing service that has us coming to you on a recurring schedule to destroy documents. With either option, we will be shredding at your manhattan location so you can see your business records being destroyed.
Cost – The pricing for all home office shredding is based on the type of service you need. The pricing is the same as the one-time and scheduled paper shredding services.
We help businesses, municipalities and all types of organizations host successful shredding events. These events are great to promote your company, say thank you to clients, collect donations, or as a public service. We come to an open area with one or more of our industrial shredding trucks and our staff will destroy the private papers of your guests as you meet and greet all of the attendees. The length of these events can be from two to eight hours.
Cost – We charge an hourly rate. The rate is based on the number of shredding trucks and technicians that are needed for the event. We only charge for the hours of the shredding event. We never charge any travel time. We do have a minimum for events that occur Monday through Friday and slightly higher minimums for events held on weekends.
All computers have hard drives. A hard drive is an electronic storage device that keeps all of your data and sensitive information available with just a few keystrokes. That information remains on that hard drive even when you are no longer using that computer. So once you stop using or replacing a computer the hard drive needs to be removed and destroyed so the data will not be able to be accessed by unauthorized individuals. We will shred or crush your hard drives so the data is permanently destroyed and provide you with a Certificate of Destruction.
Cost – We charge a price per hard drive we destroy. The more hard drives you have to destroy the lower the cost per hard drive. If we are coming to destroy hard drives, there is a minimum cost. If you are destroying hard drives with paper that needs to be shredded there is no minimum cost to destroy the hard drives.
